Everybody has the right to a pain-free life whatever their income.
Core Clapton’s mission is to provide osteopathy to the community, whatever their income. As such, we offer reduced fee appointments so that everybody can benefit from osteopathy.
To book a Low-income osteopathy appointment please call reception on 0300 5610 161 or email info@coreclapton.org and we will get back to you.
Concessions rates are available to recipients of:
- Universal Credit
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income Support
- Tax Credits
- Disability or Carers Benefits (PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance)
- Under 20s AND a dependent of any of the above benefits
- Full-time students
For disability or carers benefits, we will accept your annual proof of the award for DLA/PIP/Carers or Attendance allowance. We will need to see this at your first appointment and will scan a copy to keep on file.
For all other benefits, we will require documentation that is dated within the last 3 months. This will need to be provided at every appointment. If you are unable to provide proof of your eligibility, you may be charged the standard appointment fee.
We also offer our Low Income rates to full-time students and those from a low income household (with an annual income of £20,000 or less).
In order to qualify for Low Income Rates, students will need to show their enrolment letter (to prove they are studying full time) in the first instance, and then their student card before all future sessions.
Patients who state that they are from a low income will be required to sign a declaration form prior to starting treatment. We will ask you to re-sign this document every 6 months.
If you don’t qualify for our concessionary rate but don’t think you can afford Core's full-price treatments, talk to us. We’ll always listen and try to help.
