Join us for our special springtime event on Easter Saturday, 19th April, and celebrate the season of renewal. Welcome the fresh breeze of countless possibilities and treat yourself to the ultimate holistic experience at our atmospheric East London venue.
As part of this Easter Serenity Special, we’re offering half-price tickets for young people aged 11-18, when accompanied by a participating parent.
This movement and sound event will feature an inspirational and enjoyable yoga session, accompanied by live Indian harmonium music. Explore your mind-body connection and deepen your awareness of both your physical and energetic landscapes. Together let's create space for fluidity, presence and your unique expression. The sound bath that follows invites you to relax, receive, and reconnect with your true self. You will experience a variety of sacred instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drumming, flutes, chimes, water sounds, and voice. To enhance the experience, the guides will move through the space, surrounding participants with sound in a way that engages all the senses. Mady and Emma’s sessions are infused with love, breathwork, and meditation, allowing participants to soften, open their hearts, and journey within.
After the session, we will offer herbal teas and a sweet treat to awaken your senses. All are welcome!
This event is part of Core Clapton's winter fundraising campaign to raise money for groundbreaking research into osteopathy for medically unexplained physical symptoms (MUPS).
Discounts available. Full price: £30. Young people aged 11-18, accompanied by a participating parent: £15.
Limited tickets available for each promotion – book now before they’re gone!

Live music: Emma Burke
Emma is a qualified sound therapist and founder of Nāda Healing. She uses sacred sound instruments and voice to restore balance, nurture the body, mind and soul to guide you on a journey to come back home to you. Her journey started with a deep longing to find a place where she could truly be herself, where she could escape the demands of the outside world and just be, to reconnect with her true essence. Along the way, she discovered the power of sound and vibration, and how deeply sound supported her own healing, releasing, and nurturing of her heart.
